3. Exceptions

  • The only exception to this policy applies if The Mature is unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability or operational reasons. In such cases, the order will be canceled from our end, and a full refund will be issued to the customer.


4. Returns and Refunds

  • While cancellations are not allowed, customers remain protected under our Return & Refund Policy for cases of:

    • Damaged or defective items (with mandatory unboxing video).

    • Wrong product delivered.
